Try one of RT’s famous St. Louis style pizzas.  Choose your own toppings or sauce or try a truly different pizza with our own homemade alfredo sauce or our BBQ Chicken Pizza is made with your choice of sauce - tomato, alfredo, or Bark BBQ.  Also, the perfect all veggie pizza with mushrooms, green peppers, sweet and red onions, and broccoli.

RT’s Famous Pizza and the Italian side

We have our own smoking process that uses only real hickory chips (not flavoring) Our process not only smokes the hickory into the meat but also steams in tenderness assuring that the entire flavor stays, but much of the fat leaves. We use only our own special rub. No Bark BQ sauce is used in this process, the sauce is available at your request. You will not believe how tender this is!
