From the Smoker & the GrillWe have our own smoking process that uses only real hickory chips (not flavoring) Our process not only smokes the hickory into the meat but also steams in tenderness assuring that the entire flavor stays, but much of the fat leaves. We use only our own special rub. No Bark BQ sauce is used in this process, the sauce is available at your request. You will not believe how tender this is! R.T.’s steaks are hand cut in house topped with a world famous onion ring. Health Department says consuming undercooked beef, shellfish, eggs or poultry may increase chance for illness. 2 minutes on each side, some people call raw, Marc calls it prefect. We do not recommend or guarantee steaks prepared medium well or well done.
